The Apiary Terms and Conditions
Reservations and Bookings
  1. Pre-payment must be settled to confirm your reservation. Bookings without a confirmation email will NOT be honored.
  2. Upon arrival, check in at the reception gazebo (located by the restaurant at the front of the property). Present your booking confirmation to the receptionist. Please do not proceed directly to your accommodation so staff can assist you.
Identification and Check-In
  1. Guests are required to present original proof of identity upon arrival at the property.
  2. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, but you’re welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the farm’s amenities. Early check-in and late check-out requests may be accommodated, subject to availability and applicable charges.
Security Deposit
  1. A security deposit of Php 1,500 per reservation is required. This deposit is refundable upon inspection of the accommodation for damages or missing items after check-out.
  2. For guests camping with pets, an additional security deposit of Php 1,000 will be collected. The following amounts may be deducted for cleaning and sanitizing:
  • Php 300: For 1–2 small pets or 1 medium-sized pet.
  • Php 500: For 1 large pet or 2 medium-sized pets.
Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
  1. Guests must maintain neatness and hygiene and adhere to all safety and security guidelines provided by the Apiary. Guests will be held responsible for any violations.
  2. The Apiary reserves the right to deny entry or ask guests to leave due to inappropriate conduct, including failure to follow staff instructions, harassment, or endangering others.
  3. Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of all property assets and valuables. Any damage or destruction will result in charges.
Valuables and Lost Property
  1. Valuables can be stored in lockable storage in your room or with the property upon request, subject to a storage fee. Exceptionally valuable items must be declared prior to storage and may be declined.
  2. The Apiary is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal possessions due to guest negligence. Lost property will be logged and held temporarily before being disposed of or donated.
Health and Safety
  1. Guests are not permitted to compromise the health, safety, or security of the property.
  2. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances, notify management prior to arrival.
Special Offers and Billing
  1. Special terms of offers are applicable to respective bookings and will prevail in case of conflicts with general terms.
  2. In case of discrepancies in the actual bill after services are rendered, the terms of the bill will prevail.
Transportation
  1. Transportation to and from the property may be provided as an ancillary service. The Apiary is not liable for any incidents during transit.
Liability
  1. The Apiary is not responsible for losses, delays, injuries, or inconveniences caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
Pet Policy
  1. Guests bringing pets must ensure that accommodations are kept clean. Deductions for cleaning will apply, as stated under the Security Deposit section.
Communication and Preparation
  1. Expect a front desk staff member to contact you before your trip to confirm your arrival time and provide reminders.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Apiary reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the website. Guests are encouraged to review the latest terms before their stay.

PAID AND GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS PURCHASED THROUGH A PROMO ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND IS NOT CANCELLABLE NOR REBOOKABLE.

Otherwise, paid and guaranteed reservation/s are non-refundable but will be subject for rebooking. Modifications advised less than 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a modification fee of 20% from the total booking fee. This fee is applied to every succeeding modification. New trip date must be within 90 days of your original booking date. Rate difference will apply if re-booking dates fall under campsite’s occupancy, declared long weekends and holidays.

Shortening of stay is not allowed and payment is not refundable.

In the event of a NO SHOW, any advance payment will not be refunded and any reservations under any booking platform (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com) will be processed in full without refund.
